I was looking at my blog posts and they were all a day behind. Sometimes I type them up late at night and then post them the next morning without changing the date first.
So, I am looking at them today and completely confused on what day it is.
But the crazy thing is that the only way I know that it is actually Friday is because the trash gets picked up on Friday. So, then I went to look at my calendar and sure enough it is Friday and not Thursday.
Of course, because I meet with my small group on Thursday and that was last night that we met.
And this is after 3 cups of coffee!
It seems crazy to me that some weeks I can only remember what day it is based on my weekly activities. This proves to be a problem in the Summer when all of my normal activities go on break.
My 7 year old often reminds me what day it is. So, if this is a pattern that continues as I age then what will I do when she goes away to college? Hmmm. Maybe by then I won't even care what day it is!
Oh, sorry to my subscribers if you got repeat posts because of the date change. ;) They are all fixed now with the proper dates!

You will have to write yourself notes when the kids leave home!! I occasionally have to call mine and ask what I was supposed to do that day.
Isn't it crazy how as moms we get so busy we can't even keep track of the days of the week. I am right there with you on losing what day I am on!
I can totally relate. And my kiddos too. They wake up every morning with a "what day is it?"
My house is a wreck because the lack of schedule causes all sorts of self discipline issues!!!!
But it's all good.
Happy Friday!
Now that school is out, my 6 year has lost all track of what day it is. Needless to day he was pleasantly surprised to find out today was Friday--blueberry muffins AND spending the night with his grandparents!
I never know what day it is during the summer or school breaks! But you bet your sweet bippy that I know when Friday rolls around during the school year! Amazing, isn't it!?
