All I can say is Wow

I know I said I was signing off, but I just have to share how incredible this place is. Willow Creek Community Church.

First of all - it is HUGE! From the auditorium to the coffee shop to the bookstore - absolutely massive.

Most importantly, the people here are just so nice and helpful. They are all volunteers which simply amazes me. Many have taken vacation days from work just to serve here this week. I can't even imagine the amount of volunteers it must take to put this all together.

We just finished seeing John Burke speak. He is the lead pastor of Gateway Community Church in Austin, TX and author of a new book called Soul Revolution.

The one thing we should focus on? The center line, so to speak?
Community. God intended for us to be in community. God himself is community within.

Good stuff, so far! I am soooo tired, though. Too little sleep.

I got all of my stuff in that carry on, btw and guess what. Half of my group checked bags. I could have brought those other shoes. And that other coat. Oh, and that other handbag...and....
